Dr. Radhika R. Navelkar | Founder & Pediatric ENT Surgeon As a specialist in Pediatric Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) surgery, Dr. Radhika has dedicated her career to the delicate needs of children. She understands that speech is more than just communication—it is the foundation of a child’s confidence and future. Seeing the struggles of parents unable to access consistent speech therapy, she founded this initiative to bridge the gap between medical diagnosis and real-world recovery. She has also been the Pioneer of Entina HearSmart branch of Entina Technology co-creating Entina HearSmart: a novel mobile based auditory training app for better adaptation of hearing aids. She has also previously been part of developer team of "Amol Autism Buddy", an Android app for Speech impaired Autistic children Made in association with Amol Charitable Foundation (NGO)
Dr. Rohan S. Navelkar | Co-Founder & ENT Surgeon A renowned ENT Surgeon and digital innovator in the medical space. Known for his commitment to patient-centric care, Dr. Rohan has been instrumental in scaling this initiative, ensuring that technology serves the most vulnerable members of our society. Beyond the operating theater, he is the Founder of Entina Technologies, a venture dedicated to leveraging modern tech for better health outcomes. A passionate educator, Dr. Rohan is also the author of entnotes.in, a comprehensive online ENT textbook that serves as a vital resource for medical students and professionals globally. His work ensures that high-level medical knowledge and speech resources are accessible to all, regardless of geographic or financial barriers.
